Service Delivery Team Leader - Oracle ERP, SLAs, OLAs, ITIL £26,280 - £38,082 Celtic Springs Business Park Your brief will be to lead a team that ensure provision of the very highest standards of operational service support to the thousands of users of HMPS and Home Office Oracle E-business application suites. Based in Information & Systems Support Services within our state-of-the-art HMPS Shared Services operation, located on the A48 between Newport and Cardiff, you will play an important role in improving effectiveness and efficiency across core HMPS, Home Office and the Borders and Immigration Agency Back Office functions including Finance, HR and Procurement. Specifically you will take responsibility for: Managing all changes to the customer service provision. Closely managing budgets for 3rd party systems support organisations. Liaising closely with key business stakeholders to agree service priorities. Reviewing internal and 3rd party performance and agreeing improvements where necessary, as well as developing plans for operational support, availability management and capacity management. Representing Information and Systems Support Services at high level operational review meetings. Ensuring value for money service delivery at every opportunity. To succeed you will need substantial exposure to service management, gained in an Oracle based ERP systems environment with a large user base. As well as a good understanding of 3rd party systems supplier management, SLA's, OLA's and service improvement plans, you'll also possess an ITIL qualification and first-hand exposure to budget planning and financial management.
